App UI Illustrations for Xume

I collaborated with Divya Saxena and the propagator lab to create illustrations for a health food scanner app called Xume. The style for these illustrations was closer to corporate memphis or algeria style. We have shown characters from the target audience of the app doing various activities while using the app.

MTV Roadies Season 18 Official Poster Illustration

We were commissioned to create poster illustrations for the MTV India’s youth reality television show - Roadies Season 18. The poster included landscapes in the shape of Big 5 games animals of Africa and realistic portrait of the host. The artwork was adapted for outdoor and online media.

Camlin Fun Essential Campaign Illustration

We collaborated with Sameer Kulkarni to create packaging illustrations of Camlin India’s Fun Essentials kit product range. The Fun Essential pack contains all the items required to create art by children. The illustration was required to be bright colours and was going to be printed on plastic based pack. The activities shown were beach and sea environment. Various stationary items used by children and which are inside the pack like crayons, pencils erasers etc are personified as cartoons and shown along with the children.

Whisper 'The Missing Chapter' Campaign Illustration

We collaborated with Sameer Kulkarni to create illustrations for Whisper India for their “The missing chapter” advertising campaign. The illustrations were done in two different Indian folk art styles. One was done in the Kalighat style and the other in the Basohli style. The advertisement was for spreading awareness about menstruation and the use of sanitary pads and was targeted toward school girls in rural areas. The illustration was printed as murals and plastered to walls in villages.

MTV Splitsvilla X3 Official Illustration

We were commissioned to create illustrations for the MTV India’s youth reality television show - Splitsvilla X3. We were tasked to create portraits of the hosts of the show in a unique scratch board illustration style. The portraits were then used to prepare various creatives required for the launch campaign. The artwork was adapted into posters and online social media posts.

We collaborated with Illustrator Sameer Kulkarni to create illustrations for the 18th season of MTV India’s youth reality television show - Roadies Revolution. We were tasked to create portraits of the hosts of the show in a unique style. The portraits were then used to prepare various creatives required for the launch campaign. The artwork was adapted into outdoor hoarding (billboards) posters and online social media posts.

Krita was used to create the unique grainy look in the portraits and blender was used to create some background elements.

MTV Biryani Emoticon Poster Series – Emblik Studio

We were commissioned by Viacom18 India to make posters for their campaign demanding emoticon for Biryani dish. These are some Illustrations that we created for them. These were done along the style of propaganda posters.

Shepherdess – Original Character Illustration

A small tribal shepherdess sitting idly on a twig, dreaming about the happy days yet to come. While she sits calmly, the meek silkworms slowly devour an entire bush of mulberry. It is the mulberry of this giant forest that helps her tribe, to produce one of the finest silk that one can get on this land.

Mr. Strong Brand Mascot Design for Pulvitec

We were commissioned to refresh the mascot of Pulvitec Brazil’s - Mr.Strong line of products. The mascot was earlier in 2d graphic style. Pulvitec wanted give the mascot a new refreshed 3d look, without changing the exisiting features and design of the mascot.

Nutrela Lion Brand Mascot Illustration

We did mascot illustrations in collaboration with Design Orb for Ruchi soya. Ruchi Soya is the largest manufacturer of edible oil in India. They also produce Soya foods. This mascot will be used in package of Nutrela plus soya chunks, designed by Design orb.

We also created a coloring book for them, these are the cover pages for the book.

My First Number Book – Children's Book Illustration & Design

Roff Annual Diary Illustration

We collaborated with the in-house design team of Pidilite Industries to create cover Illustrations of the annual diaries of the year 2017 and 2019. This was for their Roff brand of adhesives which are used for fixing tiles. The Alligator mascot was shown in various poses and styles for the cover.

Indian open air laundry

Dhobi Ghat is a 150 year old place in Mumbai where hundreds of washer men collect dirty laundry, wash and return it, neatly ironed, to swank homes of elites living in south Mumbai. It is the worlds largest open air laundry. It’s a fascinating spectacle, looking down on row upon row of open-air concrete wash pens, each fitted with its own flogging stone, while Mumbai’s dhobis (around 200 dhobi families work together here) relentlessly pound the dirt from the city’s garments in a timeless tradition.
